My 92 year old Mother brought her Chrysler in for a simple oil change, nothing else, and was charged $186! When we picked up the car we were told that that was their going rate for an oil change! This is outrageous!!!yYoi

23.07.31 Sounds pretty bad for us, except that historically, she has been quite cogent and accepted the value of our service. which was same as for anyone. We understand that you (the son, I believe) do not see the value, so,you rightfully,declined the work. To the Reader: Services are performed by a Technician. The last thing anyone needs is to have a problem after a " simple oil change" and/or missed vehicle issue. Also, we do not do Services on the day before multiple closed days. Please do not wait to the last days before long trips

Amazing service. I was in town for a week and had a service issue. They called back before they were even open, took my car right away and fixed the issue. BMW in my town wouldn’t have even looked at my car for a week if this had happened to me back home. Very highly recommend them!
