Dear Gentle Reader: Our expectation is that requests are submitted via website appointment or info request, so that we can be prepared to discuss the issue; phone calls are handled as quickly as we can for non-urgent situations. Using our website to submit a request is the most expeditious as it comes through and email to us on our display screens; one is less prepared for a phone call, and voice messages are as well but carry less info for us to work with. We endeavor to devise the simplest communication method requiring the lowest labor hours and minimize mis-communication. CD
