AutoWerks Warranty

Warranty: AutoWerks Inc is very selective about the components we sell and the workmanship that we provide. Our warranty is 100% for parts and labor for at least 36 months or 50,000 miles. Some components are longer with proration.
(Special Note: the warrantied replacement part carries the full 36/50,000 coverage)

Rules: Must contact us immediately 24/7 for instructions. Use the phone menu emergency selection for after hours. Send an email to [email protected]. Vehicle must be presented to our facility. AutoWerks will absorb the towing costs up to 15 miles back to our facility, beyond which is at the owner's expense. Outside 100 miles a warranty is in effect only if AutoWerks is contacted and the work is approved by AutoWerks. This may involve a third party inspection. Warranty claims will NOT be honored for work performed by others without our specific authorization.

*A bit of advice: always try to have work performed near the vehicle's home to be nearby the warranty provider. For a breakdown on the road it is best to transport home instead of out of town repair. Travel insurance is prudent. AAA has generous long distance towing and travel completion coverage which is especially important for EVs and vehicles without spare tires.

*Maintaining a vehicle at a distant facility incurs these same warranty issues.
